DETAILS DECIDE

Forensa specialises in forensic analysis and expert assessment. We prepare our conclusions so that they stand as evidence in court proceedings, police investigations, insurance proceedings and arbitration.
We work from the conviction that details decide, and in every case we therefore place emphasis on objectivity, verifiability and precise documentation of the entire procedure.
Conclusions rest on facts and verifiable methods, not on assumptions.
Every step of the procedure is documented and independently reviewable.
A report prepared to stand before the court and the opposing party alike.
Accounting, taxation and controlling.
Materials and their limit states, machine parts and mechanisms.
A separate expert field and branch.
A distinct area of our practice.
We establish the causes of damage and determine the amount of the loss incurred.
In the field of machinery we will guide you through the certification process and its individual stages, or carry it out on your behalf.
We provide advice on machine safety and prepare assessments of machine safety.
For civilian use and for the armed forces alike.
We are engaged in the design and assessment of shooting ranges and training grounds intended for civilian use as well as for the needs of the armed forces.
We will assess the physical security of critical infrastructure buildings and propose the necessary changes and modifications.
Our team includes court experts entered in the register of experts kept by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic in the fields of economics and management, mechanical engineering, firearms and explosives (branches firearms and shooting ranges) and criminalistics (branch forensic ballistics), and in the register kept by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic in the fields of mechanical engineering, weapons and ammunition, criminalistics and economics.
Alongside expert practice, our team also comprises an academic component — associate professors and professors working at universities who address these subjects in teaching and research. In complex cases this allows us to combine expert procedure with the results of scholarly research, published methodologies and the latest findings in their fields.
From risk assessment through certification to the expert report.
Risk assessment — identification of all potential risks associated with the use of the machine and adoption of measures that minimise them (risk analysis, proposal of risk-mitigation measures, implementation of measures, validation of measures).
Compliance with directives — assessment of whether the machine meets all European directives and standards applicable to it.
Preparation of technical documentation — the documentation must contain all essential information about the machine (e.g. manufacturing processes and safety measures).
Instructions for use — instructions must be prepared for the machine.
Inspection of the machine in production — verification that the machine corresponds to the technical documentation.
Support with the integration of robotic cells — robotic cells must be designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the applicable directives and standards.
Import of machinery — assessment of the validity and completeness of certificates and technical documentation when importing machinery into the EU from third countries.
